Record label executive Kenny Ogungbe floats radio station
The television and radio presenter as well as producer who has years of media experience going for him launches own radio station Kennis 104.1 FM
.
Kehinde "Kenny" Ogungbe has launched his own radio station Kennis 104.1 FM.
The music executive is founder of record label Kennis Music which he co-ran together with partner Dayo D1 Adeneye.
Together
with Dayo Adeneye, they successfully hosted TV shows such as AIT jamz
later turned Primetime Jamz. The media personality was responsible for
shaping the careers of artistes like 2Face Idibia, Eedris Abdulkarem,
Tony Tetuila, Sound Sultan among others.
2Baba shared the development on his Instagram page with caption:
"“Yes
oooooooo! It's official!! My boss kennyogungbe just opened his radio
station live!! Kennis104.1fm tune in my pple!! No dulling!!”
In 2012, he
was appointed Managing Director of Raypower FM and is also non-executive
director of DAAR Communications Plc, parent company of Africa
Independent Television (AIT) and Raypower 100.5FM.
Kenny
Ogungbe will be looking to leverage his years of many experience in the
media particularly on radio to successfully grow his newly floated
radio station to enviable heights.
